Sammy Tucker Owens passed away July 30, 2024 in Kerrville, He was an avid golfer for 50 years. He supported and encouraged any one to golf whether a beginner or advanced player. Sam proudly wore his Tivy hat during his 16 years in Kerrville while supporting his grandsons and their activities.
